Below will answer some of the most common questions we are receiving. 1) TRACKING MY ORDER: If you are trying to track your order, please find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately we don’t get anymore information than the tracking link provided by the courier. We are using a number of couriers due to delays and strikes. Your order will either be shipped with Royal Mail or DPD. We can assure you, if you have received a shipping confirmation email (check your junk or spam folders) your order is with the courier. Please allow time for your tracking to update online. 2) MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN SHIPPED: Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be dispatched. Please check your junk or spam folders for your shipping confirmation email if you have not received it. 3) INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED: If you have received your order and there is a problem with it, please complete the contact form below and select ‘Incorrect product received'.
